Candle Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, Bea Mellow Melts does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any candle or wax melt purchases.
However, we want you to love your experience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at beamellowmelts@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We’ll gladly review the situation and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

Scent preferences and buyer's remorse do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Burn issues due to improper candle care (like wick length or drafty areas) are not considered defects. Please refer to our Candle Care Guide for best results.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers.
We do reserve the right to review and handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. In rare circumstances, a refund or alternative solution may be offered at our sole discretion.
